At Soil Natural, we take pride in delivering high-quality, natural products with care and precision. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Products

We only accept requests for replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

If your order falls under the above category, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info.soilnaturals@gmail.com.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  3. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.

Once approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement of the same item, or

  • A refund (processed back to your original payment method)

Important Notes

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a request if the claim is submitted after 48 hours of delivery or lacks valid proof.

  • Refunds, if approved, may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
